We had a fantastic stay in the cabin for a couple of nights in August. The cabin is located in the sub-alpine perfectly positioned for hiking and I would imagine very good ski touring in the winter. The cabin itself is extremely well equipped with a gas stove and oven, beds, and really everything you need which means you hardly have to carry anything in. We were family of four and it was the perfect size for us. The kids (9 and 11) managed the hike in no problem, there is elevation gain but it’s all on double track.
